Welcome—I'm Zachary Gerlock, a Registered Psychotherapist (RP).
I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Diploma in Behavioural Science from George Brown College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. My academic foundation has equipped me with a strong understanding of human behaviour, emotional resilience, and therapeutic change.
Life can feel overwhelming at times - due to internal struggles, relationship challenges, or the pressure to simply “hold it all together.” In those moments, having a space for honest conversation and support can make a world of difference. My goal is to create a grounded, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow
My approach is collaborative and adaptable. I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities to support clients in identifying their strengths, developing healthier patterns, and working through emotional or psychological stuck points.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s “broken”—it’s about gaining insight, building self-awareness, and finding ways to move through life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence.
Outside of the therapy room, I recharge by playing hockey, exploring the outdoors, riding my motorcycle, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with my dog, Bower.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be happy to connect. Let’s see if we’re the right fit to work together.
