I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Diploma in Behavioural Science from George Brown College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. This academic foundation has provided me with a deeper understanding of human behaviour, emotional resilience, and the process of meaningful therapeutic change.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether due to internal struggles, relationship challenges, or the pressure to “hold it all together.” During those moments, having a space for open, honest conversation and support can make a meaningful difference. My goal is to offer a grounded, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow.
My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities to support clients in recognizing their strengths, developing healthier patterns, and working through emotional or psychological areas where they may feel stuck. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s “broken”, it’s about building insight, strengthening self-awareness, and learning how to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Outside of the therapy room, I recharge by playing hockey, spending time outdoors, riding my motorcycle, connecting with friends and family, and hanging out with my dog, Bower.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be glad to connect. Let’s explore whether we’re the right fit to work together.
